Chop I originally wrote "chop" several years ago. It was a command line based program that operated solely on 8 bit mono VOC files. This one runs as a console app and works on 8 and 16 bit mono WAV files (stereo support is not yet included). You control the minimum chopped chunk size to generate WAV files that sound like anything from noise to prog rock. Requires the Microsoft
