My laundry tub faucet has been dripping for months. A few months back I bought a replacement assembly, but I knew I wouldn't get around it to for a while. Furthermore, I couldn't start the job without knowing that the hardware stores were going to be open for a while because, this being a plumbing job, I knew I probably encountere unforeseen problems.

As it turned out, the whole thing only took me thirty minutes and entailed no unexpected problems.

The whole things works just fine and, to even go a little farther, I removed the stupid plastic flow arrestor so I now have untethered access to all thirty pounds per square inch of residential water pressure.
